Since 2014 we have been making leather bags and goods by hand in our studio in Amsterdam. We made our dream come through and brought back the leather craftmanship to the city centre. Our creations are made from high-quality, durable leather. The collection is timeless and does not change with the seasons.

For each product we search inspiration in nature, with animals from all over the world playing a major role. Each product is unique and tells a great story.
Our larger goods are made from the large pieces of leather, our small leather goods are made from the leather that remains. This is a circular production where we reduce our waste to almost zero.
Our designs are timeless, last for years and are crafted by hand from sustainable leather. The ideal mix for eternal fame (eeuwige roem)…

The leatherback turtle is extraordinarily special, loves to travel and is a perfect symbol for the unique handmade products of Studio Roem.
Unfortunately, this turtle is threatened with extinction.
Together we can do something about this. That is why we support the Leatherback Trust in Costa Rica.
